My biggest challenge now is:
I’m not eating in a way that actually leans me out and still feels doable.
I’m not sure how to adjust my lifting to lose fat but keep my strength.
With work and life, I just can’t stay consistent with training and habits.
Joints, old injuries, or recovery make it hard to train the way I want.
